Fiesta!
We just got home from our ward party...it was a Mexican Fiesta! It is normally difficult for me to go to these things but I felt that we needed to make more of an effort, especially in our new ward! I'm so glad we went, it was tons of fun! The activities committee did a fabulous job and we got to know more people which is always good! I am going to try way harder the year to be more involved in church activities and so far I'm excited! It's hard making new friends but fun too, and Bella seems to like meeting more babies her age! She was kind of bad tonight, but so cute and at least she is a conversation starter! I'm looking forward to making new friends and to more fun activities!!

Keep going
So, the past few months, weeks and days have been so super busy. Seriously, always. I have fallen off the workout bandwagon and I am so sad. Nobody tells you how hard it is to be a mom! I love it and it's fun, but I am quickly realizing you have to make time for you, too. Right now my priorities go like this:
Bella
Mase
Work
Bella
Bella
Mase
Work
Work
Work....and on and on!!
I am thankful to have a new amazing manager however, so far things are going wonderfully and I can feel myself relaxing and having a few extra hours in the day already! I now need to work on those priorities and add some me time...and more husband time...and some Heavenly Father time. I feel so inadequate in the church with all you fabulous moms and wives...how do you do it all?? Excelling in callings, being so kind and spiritual, and taking care of your families so well! I look up to you all and I hope to keep going on and learning. Sorry to those who I have lost touch with lately, I promise I'm coming back!!

December is over...
It was a crazy month but a fun one! First my birthday, then Christmas, then Bella's birthday and then New Year's!! We went to my parent's house in St. Albert for a couple of days during Christmas which was freezing but fun! We love visiting Edmonton because it's where it all began...Mason and I met at Grant MacEwan (lust...I mean love...at first sight!!),it's where we dated, where I got baptized, where our first apartment (I mean basement suite!) was....lots of fun memories and we always take a drive to all of our own spots and laugh about those days! New Year's was spent in Southern Alberta...Mason's grandma's 80th birthday was on New Year's Eve,so we headed to her house in Cardston with the intention of driving back to Calgary to party...but our plans were shot due to the CRAZY snow blizzard!! Seriously, the wind down there is unlike anything I've ever seen, it was actually scary! So we decided against braving it in the dark and went to my sister in law's in Magrath to at least watch the countdown...which we missed!!! argh!!! Oh well, it was still fun, Karli and Nolan are probably the most hilarious people you will ever meet so we definitely enjoyed ourselves! Here are some pics of Bella's first Christmas...it was so amazing to have her with us and have the holidays be all about her! She loves all of her presents and has actually played with quite a few of them! She wasn't as into the wrapping as I thought! I can't wait until she understands Christmas more, and we can start our own family holiday traditions! Too much fun!!
